Jeff Manny's woes multiply

We’re not fans of Australian defamation law. But we do note that RiotACT’s favourite correspendent Jeff Manny has been stung for a further $30k for his expressly malicious claims made about Warwick Sheils.

Good luck getting the money out of him.

I’ve seen this part before and I became genuinely curious. Not fans of this law because it’s…too lax? Too tight? Too brad, too limited? Want to say something or rather thngs weren’t said?

I’ve been wondering, JB, can you shed more light on this?

Can someone please get me up to speed on this and save me wading through all the history ? I know of Jeff Manny.Years ago I had the pleasure of witnessing him turn up at somewhere I used to work to give a quote on doing some air conditioning work for us. To say he was under the weather would be an understatement.

But…who is Warwick Sheils ?
