All phone numbers are disconnected etc etc.

I am interested in contacting people who have been duded by these so called tradespeople. We are using ACAT to get justice but the bloke keeps ducking and weaving. And the Magistrates Court-that’s another story. This should be the stuff of name and shame! We have rights too. dabblers2@hotmail.com if you wish to write further.

The builder owes the customer money? Isn’t the customer supposed to pay the builder, usually for the work he has actually done?

You could always wander into the Electoral Office in Civic and see what address he is listed on in the Electoral Roll. They have two computer terminals there for the public to use to search the Electoral Roll.
Buy yourself an ASIC company search. There are various online providers. Espreon is a good one and it’s about $18 per search. That will give you his address.

Sounds like to you have been drinking your namesake. I just though having his registration number might be of some use to the OP

If you phone 62472099 or visit 1 Iron Knob Street Fyshwick (Master Builders Association – MBA) they should be able to tell you if this Builder is still listed and his contact details.
There are, or at least used to be, two Roger Kenworthys in this region that I knew of. Father and son both called Roger, the son played for the Raiders about 20 years ago. The father died last Christmas.
Not sure if either of them is the one that you are after though?
Are you looking to engage him to build you dream home? Because if you have paid the guy $$$ and don’t have clear contact details..and using this forum to do your google searching then you deserve to loose out!
