Amalgamated Property Group has released almost 350 apartments to the market in one of Canberra’s most recognisable corridors with views across Lake Burley Griffin to Parliament House.
APG calls The Eastbourne, located within the historic Anzac Park Site in the Parliamentary Triangle, its most significant residential project to date.
It has opened two display apartments to coincide with the market release.
Commanding the corner of Constitution Avenue and Wendouree Drive, The Eastbourne comprises five architecturally striking buildings offering 349 apartments and a collection of penthouses.
The apartments come in one, two, and three-bedroom configurations, boasting some of Canberra’s most spacious floor plans and balconies.
International architects DBI and design studio Capezio Copeland have collaborated on the interiors, ensuring every residence reflects a timeless elegance and refined sophistication.
Features include 2.7-metre high ceilings in the living spaces, high-quality engineered timber flooring, 20 mm granite benchtop and splashbacks in kitchens and bathrooms, Miele kitchen appliances and an externally ducted rangehood.
There is ducted heating and cooling throughout, double-glazed windows and sliding doors, and the large bathrooms come with abundant storage, under-tile heating and freestanding baths in ensuites.

Residents will enjoy spectacular views of the Carillon, Parliament House, and National Gallery, as well as Canberra’s signature sunrises and sunsets.
They will also benefit from world-class amenities, including a resort-style pool, two gymnasiums, spa, sauna, expansive landscaped gardens and concierge services.
Parking is provided in the basement, and electric vehicle charging is available.
Residents can walk or cycle to Commonwealth Park, Kings Park and Lake Burley Griffin.
The newly developed East Traders village within the precinct will feature a variety of dining options.
APG General Manager Phil O’Brien described The Eastbourne as one of the group’s most ambitious and sought-after projects to date.
“This is a landmark project in a truly remarkable setting,” he said.
“The 2.7-metre-high ceilings, expansive windows and large, open-plan living areas create an elevated sense of spaciousness.
“We’re pleased to be opening two fully furnished display apartments, which will allow buyers to experience first-hand the superior quality, design and attention to detail that define this development.”
