A 25-year-old Curtin man will face the ACT Magistrates Court this morning after being extradited from New South Wales by ACT Policing General Duties officers.
The man was extradited from Wagga Wagga yesterday (Monday, 30 January) and lodged at the ACT Watch House overnight. He will face court to answer charges in relation to an assault and attempted robbery that occurred in Curtin in January 2010.
The man has been charged with common assault, escape custody, attempted aggravated robbery and resist arrest.
