Mollymook’s newest prestige address has set a suburb record, with one of just six apartments in the boutique Carve development selling for $2.77 million.
The expansive four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom residence on level two, positioned just beneath the penthouses, achieved the milestone price, surpassing the previous record of $2.5 million.
Andrew Metcalf from The Property Collective, the development’s exclusive sales agency, said the strong buyer interest reflected sustained demand for premium homes in blue-chip coastal locations.
“There’s nothing like Carve in the area, that’s its biggest draw card,” he said.
“These apartments will go to people looking for single-level, large living with exceptional design and amenities down the coast.”
It’s the second apartment to sell in the development, meaning a third of the residences are already spoken for, even though construction only began last month.
The penthouses, boasting truly unrivalled views, are anticipated to set new benchmarks of their own in the coming months.
Carve is elevated above the curve of Collers Beach, with sweeping views across the lush golf course to the glistening Pacific beyond, and characterised by curved lines, a coastal-inspired palette and strikingly generous proportions.
While each of the six oversized apartments will have three or four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, two dedicated parking spaces and ample storage, no two apartments are the same.

Beyond its beautifully crafted interiors, Carve Mollymook brings a resort-like ease to everyday living with a collection of residents-only spaces designed for wellbeing and connection.
A heated pool framed by daybeds, a sunken firepit lounge, a sauna, a yoga and meditation deck, and open-air kitchen and dining zones give residents a curated mix of ways to unwind, all just steps from home, and shared only with neighbours.
These areas are an extension of each residence, whether you’re hosting friends or enjoying a quiet moment in the coastal calm.
And when it’s time to venture out, Mollymook’s best offerings are an easy stroll away, with effortless links to local favourites beyond. Think long lunches at Rick Stein at Bannisters, morning coffee at Pilgrims in Milton or sunset wine flights at Cupitt’s Estate.
Carve is earmarked for completion in late 2026.
Andrew said The Property Collective expected interest to spike further as the property took shape.
“We’ve seen a lot of interest already, and expect it to grow as this remarkable vision comes to life,” he said.
The Property Collective has a dedicated arm specialising in the sale of off-the-plan properties. The agency’s work on Carve signals its expansion into the coastal market, with a new office soon to open in Batemans Bay.
