ACT Policing’s Criminal Investigations has arrested a 20-year-old Macquarie man for a number of sexual offences on two teenage girls.
Police will allege the man paid the girls in exchange for performing sexual acts.
The man was arrested by police around 7.10pm on Friday (January 20) and was taken to the ACT Watch House.
He was charged with two counts of Act of Indecency on a person under 16 and sexual intercourse with a person under 16 of age. Investigations are ongoing with the possibility of further charges being laid.
He was released on Watch House bail and will be facing the ACT Magistrates Court on February 2.
