This was reported in The Canberra Times today. It seems her death may have been due to natural causes.

It’s like a real life game of Cluedo.. I’m surprised they didn’t just describe the death as “suspicious”, posting the details for all to see on the internet wouldn’t be much help to any criminal case if it turned out it wasn’t an accident.
