I have to drop someone off at Jolimont at 6:30 tomorrow morning.
Is there anywhere around there that might be open for a coffee at six-ish?

6.30 am, “obscenly early”?
Sure. Until I saw this post I wasn’t even sure that there was a 6:30 in the morning.
Ignorance is bliss.

That really old cafe, Blue Moon? used to open early, doing non-trendy big breakfasts and things. Dunno if they still do.

The OP asked for coffee, not warmed up grit. 😉
There is a cafe behind Jolimont centre, they made me a coffee at that hour, but it was sh!ttiest I have ever had. and $4 for a small double shot.

Doesn’t lonsdale st open at 6?
It’s hard to tell because they are too hip to have website.
You’re right, 6am during the week and 6:30 on Saturdays. Having only being in early on Saturdays I wasn’t sure during the week.
They don’t have a website per se but they do have a Facebook page with regular updates: http://www.facebook.com/lonsdalestroasters
(hope that isn’t classed as free advertising JB)

lol, funny. Very funny. I sure hope that’s a joke, place still had dozens of ladders and work gear last I saw. Even when it’s fixed I would hope most people will boycott the place.
