Its not like they are blocking another car park.

Plus Ive been put in a similar situation myself. One spot available and the next door car has parked over the line forcing me to creep a bit over the line on my side. When I get back my cars on its own and it looks like I parked like a dick for no reason

Did anyone check the front windscreen to see if there was a disable sticker??

The disabled person could be in the passenger seat and require a lot of space to enter and exit the car with a walking frame or when chair, so the driver parked so as to give optimal space??

And if they are ACT government plates, there are ACT health services that assist disable people with their shopping and attending appointments etc.

Can I see a red “ACT” at the top of that number plate, meaning that’s an ACT government car?

Can’t see any discernable excuse for the white car though.

Is being unable to park a handicap?
