ACT Policing Criminal Investigations Fraud Detectives executed a number of search warrants yesterday (Thursday, September 1), relating to alleged forged documents submitted to ACT Planning and Land Authority (ACTPLA).
Police received a referral in March 2011 relating to planning documents that were submitted to ACTPLA that are alleged to have been falsified to indicate the plans were approved.
Detectives executed two search warrants with a number of documents and computer files seized.
The investigation into the matter is ongoing with possible charges being laid at a later date.
