ACT Policing is investigating a fire which occurred at a unit in Dickson early this morning (Friday, January 20).
Around 5am police were called to the unit on Majura Avenue in response to a house fire.
ACT Fire and Rescue were already in attendance and after a short period extinguished the blaze.
There is currently no one living in the unit which is due for demolition next month. The unit had extensive damage which was restricted to the front of the property.
Police are asking anyone who witnessed suspicious activity in the area to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers website on www.act.crimestoppers.com.au. Information can be provided anonymously.
