Police are asking for help to identify a man they believe was a witness to an alleged assault inside a Civic bar last Halloween.
An ACT Policing spokesperson said officers were patrolling Alinga Street just after midnight on 31 October 2025 when they were flagged down by a man who had allegedly been assaulted in the bathroom of a bar.
“Following investigations, police are seeking to identify a man who witnessed the incident,” the spokesperson said.
Police have released an image of the man. They have described him as Caucasian in appearance with short blonde hair. He was wearing a black T-shirt with the word ‘BOSS’ on it.
