Police are seeking witnesses or dash-cam footage of a hit-and-run on 7 May in the Belconnen region.

An ACT Policing spokesperson said that at about 9 pm that night, a black Honda CBR motorcycle and a silver Holden Commodore VE sedan collided at the intersection of Tillyard Drive and Kerrigan Street in Fraser.

Police said the driver of the Commodore failed to stop and exchange details with the 19-year-old male motorcyclist.

The rider was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to hospital with minor injuries.
