1. Another Belconnen Murder Arrest:
A 37-year-old Macquarie woman will face the ACT Magistrates Court today charged with being an accessory in the murder of Belconnen man Andre Le Dinh.
The body of Mr Le Dinh was located within his fourth floor apartment on College Street, Belconnen, on Thursday, May 20. The post-mortem revealed he died from severe head injuries.
Criminal Investigation detectives, together with AFP Forensic Services, this morning executed a search warrant at the Macquarie home of the 37-year-old woman.
At the conclusion of the search warrant, the woman was arrested and conveyed to the ACT Watch House.
She will be charged with a range of accessory offences relating to the murder and robbery.
The woman is the third suspect identified in recent weeks by ACT Policing in relation to the Belconnen death. A man will face court on November 19 charged with the murder of Mr Le Dinh.

ACT Policing is currently investigating a suspicious unit fire in Mawson which occurred yesterday afternoon (Tuesday, November 9).
About 3.50pm police were called to the unit on Shackleton Circuit, Mawson.
ACT Fire Brigade attended and after a short period of time extinguished the fire, which was contained to the garage.
Although the residents of the unit were home at the time, no-one was injured during the fire.
AFP Forensic Services attended the scene and conducted an examination. Investigations are continuing into the cause of the fire.
Police are also investigating a suspicious fire at Stromlo High School which happened at 5am yesterday morning (Tuesday, November 9). The offenders broke a window in a toilet block and some lit paper was thrown inside. Minimal damage was caused to the block.
Anyone who may have noticed anyone acting suspiciously in either area around the time of the fires or who may be able to assist police with the investigation are asked to contact Crime Stoppers.

ACT Policing has arrested a 21-year-old Hackett man after he allegedly assaulted two officers in Braddon yesterday (November 9).
About 5pm the two officers were conducting a mobile patrol on Elouera Street when the alleged offender walked in front of their moving vehicle and once it stopped, the man attempted to kick the front of their vehicle.
Police approached the man who then allegedly struck one of the officers in the head. The alleged offender was subdued by OC spray and placed in an attending caged vehicle.
While police were placing the man inside the caged vehicle the alleged offender spat at the belt and clothing of the officer.
During the incident an officer received a number of scratches and grazes to his body but was not seriously injured.
The alleged offender was bailed to appear before the ACT Magistrates Court on November 16, charged with two counts of common assault and one of resist Commonwealth Public Official.
