“There are frosted glass doors between the two living spaces, which can be closed to create a more private space. It’s very versatile. It can be quite open or it can be more secluded,” Bianca says.

“This property’s position is great. It’s within walking distance of Chapman shops, which has the most incredible IGA fully stocked with the region’s local produce,” Bianca says.

“Chapman is a great community, especially for families, and nearby Chapman Primary School has a great reputation. There is also a lot of green space around the area, Mount Arawang and the Cooleman Ridge Reserve are very close.”
