Brisbane slacker rock outfit Olivia’s World is set to bring their Greedy & gorgeous tour to Canberra this weekend. Catch them at Dissent on Saturday night with support from locals Vanishing Sound and Dog Name.
The National Folk Festival is back for another year with a stacked lineup of artists from around the globe. Josh Pyke, The Stiff Gins, Ruth Moody, Daoirí Farrell and many more will be on hand to celebrate the long weekend in style.
Elsewhere, Reginald Mobley & Paul Grabowski will be appearing at The Street Theatre on Wednesday night, and Zimbabwean-born ‘First Lady of Soul and R&B’ thndo will be hitting Smith’s on Friday night before Mia Wray takes her debut album tour there on Monday,
