Two motorbike riders, including a 14-year-old boy, were riding along a road in southern NSW when they crashed, resulting in the death of one.
There was a crash between two motorbikes on Araluen Road, about 25 km south of Braidwood, before 9 am on Wednesday (17 December), a NSW Police spokesperson said.
One rider, a 25-year-old man, died before emergency services arrived.
The 14-year-old male rider of the second bike was taken to Bungendore Hospital before he was airlifted to Canberra Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
“Both riders are known to one another and were travelling together at the time,” the police spokesperson said.
“Inquiries have also established that the bikes were unregistered.”
