well, they did have to demolish the fibro relic and pretty much re-build from scratch on that 700k block..

I think I recently read that Therese has (just) slipped out of the BRW Top 200 Rich List, but with estimated assets still running comfortably into nine figures, a loss on the Yarralumla bolt-hole should be manageable.

I can’t imagine why KR would want to stick around for another term (even if it is foreshortened by a double dissolution), but that may be academic – in spite of his apparent personal following, the voters of Griffith may decide that it is time to move on, and things are looking very bad for federal Labor in Queensland.

For the curious – a modest abode at $2.2 mill.
