Built to take advantage of its perfect orientation and with considered design, 6 Heales Place is a four-bedroom, two-bathroom knock-down rebuild in Curtin packed with amazing features.

The architect and the homeowner worked together to design this home, building it from scratch to create something special.

“When they planned this home, they had a clear focus on natural light, using lots of windows to take advantage of the northerly aspect,” Home.by Holly agent Rick Meir says.

“They’ve gone to a lot of effort on the indoor-outdoor flow in the property. They’ve made one of the corners of the living space entirely glass, with stacker doors that open out, effectively expanding the living out to the outdoor areas.”

Once opened, these stacker doors seamlessly connect the living space to the alfresco area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.

Not only does this bring in plenty of natural light from the north, but it also makes large-scale entertaining much easier. The living room can be opened right up, making it perfect for big gatherings.

“It’s a unique feature that will be really appreciated by someone who values being a good host,” Rick says.

The unique stacker doors aren’t the only custom additions to the home.

The kitchen is masterfully built with custom joinery, press-open cabinets, a large island bench and a walk-in pantry with a sink.

Other unique features include a window seat at the front of the home overlooking the garden, adding a quiet place to retreat to besides the main living space and the rumpus room.

“The floorplan has been designed to give the family the space they need. You could enjoy the larger communal spaces like the main living room or some of the smaller, quiet zones,” Rick says.

Additionally, the home has a dedicated study nook, giving teens and school-aged kids somewhere to do their homework.

The master bedroom enjoys direct access to the backyard, a large walk-in robe and an ensuite with a double vanity.

“And the entire home is single-level, which is a big plus for multi-generational families that appreciate accessibility,” Rick says.

Built for modern comfort, the home features an auto double garage, rooftop solar, an EV charger, reverse-cycle ducted air conditioning and electric curtains throughout.

Positioned on a quiet cul-de-sac in Curtin, this home is moments from walking and cycling trails, as well as local shops, cafes, schools, playgrounds, retail and more.

“Part of the reason the owners decided to build here was the location. The lifestyle here is an enviable one,” Rick says.

“You have all you’d need just down the road at the Curtin shops and the city isn’t much further away.”

In fact, Civic is just a 10-minute drive away.

Offering a comfortable, modern lifestyle in an ideal location, with enough features to make daily life and major entertaining easy, this is a special home.

“This property shows off the best of what a good knock-down rebuild does, creating something modern and comfortable, while making the best of the block and the location,” Rick says.
