Spotted last week in the Woden. Looked like it had been there for a while, but no parking tickets.

How funny, there’s a similar vintage Falcon/Fairmont (actually it might be a few years later) on Northbourne Ave, near the Barton Hwy intersection, that is a bit skewiff off to the side of the road and also appears to be missing its front right wheel.
Me thinking we’re forgetting about the other guy with a Ford that is still to get that flat he got in Woden repaired.
Looks like a pretty effective theft deterrent if you ask me. Though lugging a spare tyre around is a little more unwieldy than a set of keys…
Don’t worry, now its been mentioned on the RiotACT, the public sector will have 10 group meetings to decide what to do, then it will get a ‘dumped vehicle’ sticker on it, then about a month later it will be towed.
If some poor bugger’s stuffed car being spared a ticket is a problem, then I hope this is one thing that doesn’t get solved.
So that’s the trick to avoiding parking tickets.
