This whole story is pointless. You can’t force people to work. You can roster them on and if they don’t show up you can even fire them but you still can’t force them to work and you can’t fire everyone.

If you don’t like it why would you get mad at their boss for acknowledging it?

And who gives a f*** what some random guy says whether he works there or not?
