The real truth in the great dinosaur hunt?

http://www.abc.net.au/news/2013-03-25/stolen-dinosaur-discovered/4593428 says that the dinosaur was sans-tail when it was recovered, whereas the dinosaur in that pic has a magnificent flowing tail. I guess it could have been used as a slippery slide mid-party though.

Bugger the dinosaur statue. I want to know what the dude in the brown pants is doing. It looks likes it could be fun, but it seems more likely to be sad.
