Approx 30 staff have been evacuated from the ground floor as a precaution as crews carry out air monitoring and ventilation till allow occupants to re-enter the premises.
ACT Ambulance Service intensive care paramedics are also on scene assessing five patients who are experiencing mild nausea and vomiting.
