“Goodnight from your worker friends”
WTF?
It’s creeped me out for a few days. What is it and why?

On a side note, if they’re supposed to be “The Workers”, is the girl in the pink supposed to be a ballerina? …but a ballerina? Plus it’s not really a “working” job.
I thought this was meant to be indicative of the local community, in which case wouldn’t she represent Sinsations? They’re “workers” aren’t they?
Maybe I’m wrong though, after all, the Swiss athlete (bottom right) would then be the odd one out.
Lets be honest though, Southern Cross/Capital/CTC 7 have never had the best production values.

My brain can’t cope with the contrast between the communist sound of “the workers”, the costumes and the drug-addicted/brain damaged behaviour.

ok seriously do this – turn the sound down and just concentrate on the fireman’s face!
Prime possum was for losers anyway!
Prime Possum rocks. Actually scratch that, he rocks because Madelaine is hot..
On a side note, if they’re supposed to be “The Workers”, is the girl in the pink supposed to be a ballerina? I understand that nurses, police and firies are supposed to be trusted “workers”, but a ballerina? Plus it’s not really a “working” job. The tradie is probably out of place too if they’re looking for trusted people.
I reckon Mr Fireman would have a real problem working out the difference between “good touching” and “bad touching”.
And I bet he went to UC!
I think the fireman is thinking ’10 years at NIDA for this?’
This is hilarious…even my kids (8&6) think its creepy!! My 8 year old son said “If that ad is supposed to put you to bed I think I’ll have nightmares!”
Husband said “looks like Mr fireman wants someone to touch his fire hose”…. hahahaha
Glad we weren’t the only ones to notice the fireman’s serial killer eyes.
I’m also unsure of the message we’re sending by making one of the female “workers” a ballerina… why not make one of the guys an astronaut – or, failing that, Batman?

That’s right kids.
Everything that your parents say is a lie.
Drugs are awesome.
Use only as directed, and in moderation. If symtoms persist, see your dealer for something harder. 🙂

Mt initial thoughts were that the indian and the biker had been usurped by a naughty nurse and a fairy. Still works as an iconic gay group though.

DO NOT do this. I just did and I am now going to need years of counselling.
Yeah… I’m sure it’s because of the video that you need years of counselling…
Just say no.
Drugs are bad.
To watch this I’d say drugs are compulsory!

Wow, that was different with the sound off. He is creepy, and the look on the girls faces makes me think that they have both had severe head injuries in the past.
But i can see a bit of subtext here, did the unions or CFMEU have any input in this ad? If they did then they are trying to program kids at an early age.
Shouldn’t Mr Tradie have a slab of VB under one arm???
And Mr Fireman takes himself far too seriously. I see a great future for him in the ACT Legislative Assembly as a replacement for Alister Coe.
