We had it last night, it was fantastic. We bought the two person Bankquet, and have enough left overs for lunch today, and dinner tonight. All for a whole $36. Cheaper than chinese. And the fridge smells so tasty with the leftovers.

its actually pretty damn good. just as good as the Pide in Jamo

Two thumbs up for kebabs for me. Fresh soft in-house bread makes all the difference.

I concur with prhhcd and Gerry-Built: Delicious food at very reasonable prices. It’s very much a take-away and won’t win any awards for décor, but worrying about that that would be rather missing the point.

The Turkish at Charnwood (Charnwood Turkish Pide – ph6258 2222) is excellent and well priced! Apparently they used to operate a popular one in Gungahlin somewhere, but sold up to open this one. Their dips in particular are great (best Humus I’ve had in Canberra), and Pide Pizzas are exceptionally good; though on the small side compared with Baker Turko at Page. They do the standard Turkish Takeaway menu – and if I had a scanner – I’d happily scan and post it… Prices are good too…

Its fantastic! The food is very good and relatively well priced. Get the banquet for 2 and feed 5! Only good for take away though.
