UPDATED: Man wanted by police over 'serious' allegations hands himself in

UPDATED, 7 April: A man who was the subject of a police manhunt has handed himself in.

An ACT Policing spokesperson said 28-year-old man Brandan Hryhoriak-Bradford handed himself in at City Police Station on Monday morning (7 April).

“He will face the ACT Magistrates Court today, charged with three counts of aggravated common assault,” the spokesperson said.

EARLIER, 4 April: Police are hunting a wanted man accused of serious offences and are seeking the public’s assistance to find him.

On Friday (4 April), ACT Policing announced they were seeking the public’s assistance to locate a wanted man, 28-year-old Brandan Hryhoriak-Bradford.

A police spokesperson said he was wanted for “serious” alleged offences.

“It is believed Brandan is actively avoiding police,” the spokesperson said.

He was described as Caucasian in appearance, about 175 cm tall, with a medium build, fair complexion, short brown hair, brown eyes and has several tattoos on his arms.

The police spokesperson said members of the public should not to approach him, but should contact ACT Policing Operations on 131 444 to report any information regarding his whereabouts. Quote reference number 7988157.
