It was a sad day for the Canberra music scene when One Night Jam front man Vorn Doolette packed his bags for Adelaide.

Recently he’s been in a nasty car crash and is now convalescing.

There’s a fundraiser this Saturday 14 August at the DNA studio in Gorman House which I recommend to anyone who likes Vorn, his music, or just wants to go to a good party for a good cause.

Details from Facebook:

News of the ex-One Night Jam member’s misfortune has unsurprisingly generated an outpouring of support with benefit gigs running nationwide. A cover charge was never better spent, with the star studded line-up featuring Vorn’s long time friends and musical collaborators including Mr Fibby, Drew Walky, Cuddlefish, Rafe Morris, Big Score, The Cashews and The Ellis Collective.
