That whole end of town is terror incognita. Though I have seen Facebook pics of strange blokes in their twenties roaming Childers St dressed in pink ballet outfits with wings and magic wands. Also girls done up as cats. And now this grammatically cromulant graffiti. Frankly calling it latin american plaza would be the least weird thing going on.
Almost as ironic as calling that part of town, with all its Asian restaurants and cafes springing up, the Latin America Plaza.
