What's with all the yelling in City West?

Anyone know what all the yelling (I assume a rally) is about in City West today (7/2) 12pm?

I work on Marcus Clarke and the sound’s bouncing round the buildings enough to be annoying but not to make out what’s going on?

I walked past about 20 mins ago, and they had moved up to the courts. I’m guessing it’s something about Aboriginal rights, due to the fact the person with the megaphone was of Aboriginal appearance, and there were a bunch of Aboriginal flags flying.
