Actually I was wrong. Le Coutier was elected due to a leakage of Liberal preferences. It only reinforces the urgent necessity of ignoring the party how to vote cards, numbering every square and making sure to put ALL Greens candidates last.

Word is the Pirate Party will be formally registered on the day after the election, as per the Electoral Act. The candidates will sit as Pirate Party Members in the Assembly if elected.

There is also a Quangers Council election coming up so the cars/utes with massive heads and names on them are out in force between Quangers and Canberra. Funnily enough, they all park on the ACT side of the border.
