Wasn’t there a fire in Madman’s building?

unusual numbers of police
Which numbers are unusual? The odd ones?
More than 2 in one place is an unusual sight in this town.
Unless you work in or around Canberra Centre, where you get used to them traveling in packs of four.
I overlook Braddon, the only thing I saw all arvo was a fire truck
That would have been my building in Mort Street – we had a fire.
An actual fire or just one of those burnt toast false alarms?

I carefully watched the rubbish news, and then the ABC news, and none of them had nuffing. So evidently the great doughnut event of braddon just didn’t happen.

I’m guessing some form of Police work
I’m guessing you’re a detective.
Only if you’re a rocket scientist
I suppose the Sydney Morning Herald and all the rest of them should change their stories to resemble something like this…
NEWS:
WESTERN SYDNEY: Police Work happened.
PARLIAMENT HOUSE: Politics happened.
REST OF THE WORLD: Other stuff happened.
END OF NEWS.
And that’s exactly how they summarise the rocket science mumbo jumbo for the police issue newspapers.
Although it doesn’t end with “END OF NEWS”, rather “NOTHING MORE TO SEE HERE, MOVE ALONG”

A sense of humour? You’re not really a police officer at all, are you?

ahh, but ‘end of story’ is the start of comments…
i rekkun there might have been a rogue pizza-overcharger sighted and taskforce quattro fromaggio swooped accordingly…

Shock horror, Police doing work.
All those posts and nothing tangable… unless you count the fact that the seats got just that little bit more shine than normal. Hope nobody used tax payer time or missed out on one of 20 cigarette break in the day to respond.
This is about the best I saw a Police officer doing something thread ever. Not even sighted first hand.
I always find Krispy Kremes repeat on me. prefer a plain cinnamon donut myself.

I used to overlook Braddon, but it’s actually got quite a lot going for it.
Unusual? Were there pi constables? z = a + bi constables?. Zero? Forty million? -273.15?
Earlier this afternoon. Lots more than just four from what I’m hearing.
Johnboy, you will have to define unusual,
I mean four would be considered unusual as it is double the usual number that patrol there.
