ACT Policing has released the name of the driver killed in the single-vehicle accident near the Southern Cross Drive and Kingsford Smith Drive intersection in Higgins on Saturday May 29.
The deceased is Andrew Peter Mitchell, aged 35 years, of Evatt.
A report on the incident is being prepared for the ACT Coroner.
