Personally I’ve never had a conversation to discuss my “situation” that I enjoyed.
I’m not a doctor, but the response seems measured and sensible. One desperately hopes you’re not taking a facetious cheap shot with the “good luck” comment. With the skilled labour shortage the way it is, we should be protecting professional care providers from dropping off the twig. If individuals can’t or won’t take the medication, minimise their exposure – get ’em out of there.
Do the staff have to pay for the antiviral medication themselves? If so, that seems a bit rough especially since it’s going to need to be taken for an unknown period.
