The most obvious difference is that back in the twenties they had sufficient workers to complete the job within a reasonable period of time unlike 2012!

The sort of thing that used to get me so frustrated that ended up with me volunteering for GCC – the only alternative was to keep replacing expensive TVs from things being thrown at them… 🙂

This is why through the Belconnen Community Council I had been calling for a renewed Belconnen Town Centre Master Plan. It’s common sense to coordinate projects, as those who are involved in community consultation (such as Al and myself) know all too well.
