Puppy of the Week: Jellybean Kangaroo

Meet little Jellybean Kangaroo, a very handsome and cute puppy desperate to be adopted and find his forever home and family. Please don’t judge us on the name.

Jelly is very used to people and affection, one of the many strengths of our dedicated foster carers. He’s already crate-trained, meaning he knows his crate is his safe place to relax, recharge and to call his own.

At just two months of age Jelly is the perfect age to train to become the perfect pet. Want a puppy who’s allowed on the couch? Good. Want to train him to NOT get on the couch? Good. Now is the time to teach him.

Jellybean Kangaroo is just one of numerous puppies available at RSPCA ACT, come and see them but please consider ongoing time and financial investments required before deciding to adopt.

Rabbit of the Week: Stamps

Look at Stamps! She’s one of the prettiest little rabbit’s we’ve seen in a while. The good news is she has just as attractive a personality to match!

Stamps is not only comfortable around people, but she also loves affection. She likes to be cuddled and she will follow you around the house – especially if you happen to be carrying some type of food.

Stamps is used to living in an outdoor run (you’ll need a weather and fox-proof enclosure to do the same) but we think he’d make a terrific apartment rabbit. He can be left alone to roam during the day.

Stamps the rabbit is a ready-made pet and one to draw the love and affection out of you! What’s not to like – drop by and see Stamps today.

Pawnotes: Thanks for spreading the word about our puppy influx as of late. The sheer number of unwanted litters in the ACT is a challenge but with community support, we will find a way.

Visit RSPCA ACT today at 12 Kirkpatrick St, Weston, and add a new companion to your life. You won’t regret it!
