Dog of the Week: Benji
This is little Benji, an energetic Bull Arab who, aged 2.5 years, is still a puppy at heart. He doesn’t carry on and nip like a young puppy would, instead he’s just learning about the world and loving what he sees.
He’s a smart little man, having already shown a propensity to learn basic instructions. There’s work to do but he’s a willing learner.
Benji also shows a desire to be loved by his people. He’s a bit shy or uncertain at first but once he’s familiar with you, he’ll develop a strong and deep bond. He shows this with our staff and volunteers, quickly developing an appreciation.
We think he’ll truly thrive in a calm home. While he loves to play and get active, he settles down wonderfully with our socialising volunteers, happily resting by their side and enjoying the peace and quiet.
Benji is just one of many incredibly tame and friendly adoptable adult dogs at RSPCA ACT. Visit today!

Kitten of the Week: Sprout
Not for the last time, a kitten is featuring as our Cat of the Week, mostly because we have lots and lots of them. Sprout is just one of hundreds who will be raised, microchipped, vaccinated and desexed by our team this summer.
Nearly every kitten you see who’s available for adoption has been raised in a calm foster carer’s home, experiencing love and that human touch which makes them ready to join you and your family.
Sprout is a fun little guy who’ll have a ball playing with tiny cat toys and then sleep off the excitement for hours!
For kittens like Sprout and so many more, visit RSPCA ACT or Petbarns around the ACT, who help us find homes for these adorable little munchkins.
Pawnotes: We’re desperately hoping for a happy, adopted Christmas for our adult dogs. With a wonderful team of volunteer socialisers and dog walkers, our dogs are perfectly positioned to join your family and create magical memories.
Visit RSPCA ACT today at 12 Kirkpatrick St, Weston, and add a new companion to your life. You won’t regret it!
