ACT Policing has arrested a 38-year-old Amaroo man over an act of indecency committed against a 12-year-old boy.
The man was arrested by members of ACT Policing’s Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Team (SACAT) last night, conveyed to the City Watch House and charged.
It will be alleged by police that the act of indecency against a minor occurred between June 1 and December 24 2012. Police enquiries are continuing.
