A 48-year-old Bonython man was arrested yesterday (Tuesday, October 25) and will face the ACT Magistrates Court this morning over acts of indecency committed on young females.
Police will allege that the 48-year-old performed acts of indecency on young girls as well as exposing them to pornographic material.
Police executed a search warrant on the man’s home yesterday where a number of items of interest were located and seized.
The alleged offender was conveyed to ACT Watch House where he was held overnight. He will appear in the ACT Magistrates Court today.
