Yeah, there’ll be 15/16/17 year olds hanging by their necks from trees all over Canberra, with “snitch” painted across their foreheads.

If they were serious about this, they should have offered some pay. For a sixteen year old, the penalty for being a snitch is harsh. Nobody likes a snitch.
