About Alisa Taylor

Alisa Taylor is an experienced litigation and disputes lawyer, having spent more than 20 years helping clients navigate commercial and property-related problems.

Although experienced across all areas of commercial litigation, Alisa's passion is buildings and architecture and she has specialist expertise in planning, construction and property law.

Beyond Alisa's passion for property and construction disputes, she also leads MV Law’s employment law team who have expertise across a broad range of employment issues. Alisa's personal involvement is in the litigated employment matters – such as adverse action claims, unfair dismissals, restraints of trade and matters involving breaches of confidential information or intellectual property rights.

When she isn't working, Alisa enjoys her role as President of The Canberra North Bowling and Rugby Union Club (the RUC). She's not a bowler or a rugby player! - she just loves supporting her local community through the many contributions the RUC makes to community associations.
