ACT Policing is investigating an armed robbery at the Commonwealth Bank in Jamison this morning (Tuesday, April 5).
About 10.37am police received reports of an armed robbery. A man wearing a grey/black hooded jumper, blue jeans and a bandana covering his face entered the bank with a silver handgun, threatening staff.
The man appears to have left in a silver Subaru Outback station wagon which has since been recovered in a nearby suburb.
No one is believed to have been injured at this stage. No shots were fired and investigations are ongoing.
