Have you seen Janessa? 13-year-old girl has gone missing

Police are calling for the public’s help to find a 13-year-old girl who has gone missing from southern Canberra.

Janessa Williams was last seen in Lyons and went missing on Thursday (16 October), an ACT Policing spokesperson said.

She is described as being First Nations in appearance, about 152 cm tall with a slim build and long brown hair.

She was last seen wearing a black North Face puffer jacket, grey and black track pants, a black hoodie and white shoes.

“Concerns are held for Janessa’s welfare, and police are requesting the public’s assistance to locate her,” the police spokesperson said.
