A 61-year-old Ngunnawal man was arrested for sexual assault on Wednesday, April 6 at The Canberra Hospital.
Criminal Investigation detectives will allege the man, a staff member, sexually assaulted a vulnerable 50-year-old woman on Monday, April 4 while she was a patient at the hospital.
The man will face court on April 28 charged with sexual intercourse without consent.
Police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with further information to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers website on www.act.crimestoppers.com.au. Information can be provided anonymously.
