While I love a good “crim shoots self while committing crime” story, this is exactly why the idea of some buttplug from the shallow end of the gene pool running around the city with guns scares me so much. LOL, what a funny outcome. Looks like the gun buy back had “some” good things come of it, crims dont know how to handle them properly anymore.

Apparently what happened in this story was that he was going to rob one of the shops there and then accidentally shot his finger off. Therefore leaving quickly to go to the hospital.

The bomb thing mentioned before was probably the story about a car that was parked in the Chisholm area. Someone set the car alight and the fuel tank went off. There was a bomb squad there.

Projectile – like a bullet – or bomb?

Someone taking a shot at someone, or kids with fireworks or a pipe bomb destined for a local letterbox?

Either way, it is a bit of a worry, cause I was there with my 12 year old brother in law a couple of days ago…
