Michael Phelan named new Chief Police Officer

ACT Policing is outsourced. What the hell has “…right decisions being made for the community…” got to do with anything?

It’s gotta be great for ACT when someone who has no ACT experience is the new top cop. I suppose at least being a paper pusher, he should have no problems with the budget. Not sure about right decisions being made for the community or Police force though.
