I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt and say it was your comment that was stupid and not necessarily you. The guy was assaulted/robbed. This would be ascertained by talking to the victim, not by assuming it had happened. That’s kooky talk. Hope that clears things up.

The way it reads to me is the guy cant remember what happened after leaving the pub, so it is assumed the guy was robbed. Thats kooky too.

What you should do is post up your email address, so then the AFP can come to you so you can show them how to correctly investigate everything, and to get your permission to investigate criminal matters.

If you read the first line; “ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to the robbery and assault of a man in Civic earlier this morning (Thursday, January 26).”

That would state that the person has suggested that he had been assaulted or robbed or both, they have then said his movements after leaving Mooseheads is unknown, which would be very likely, he walks out drunks, remembers getting the shit kicked out of him, but does not know where or when.

If he had not reported that he was assaulted, he would have been treated the same as every other drunk they find, see if anyone can look after them, if not a bed in the watch house until sober.

That car park is known as The Pits. From the mid 60’s, when it was the meeting place of the local modified car fraternity. Usually used in conjunctionn with Skid Row, or otherwise East Row.
