Canberrans are urged to show their support for the SES by wearing something orange to work tomorrow (Wednesday).

“ACT SES volunteers have been involved in numerous activities including 15 days of continuous interstate deployment. Nine days searching for a missing person in the Namadgi National Park. 21 days assisting TAMS during the horse flu influenza operation, and delivering the StormSafe community education campaign to educate the public on ways to minimize risks during a storm or flood event.”

“Steve Irwin day”?

FFS!!!!!!!

Steve Irwin day is on Thursday and you’re supposed to where khaki on that day…

For some people of Irish descent, it’s rather inflammatory to ask them to wear orange.
