So not only did they insert a bike into the photo they also inserted a non wind affected tree?

I would think that if this was a setup you would simply ride your own bike, park it in the middle of the road, jump off, take photo, jump back on.

That’s what I hate about government conspiracies. They are rife with inefficiencies.
