I saw a lot of people (kids) up on the grassy bit on the night of the Australia Day concert. Definitely not blocked at the bottom.
i remember doing that as a kid (rolling down the hill that is) but as I discovered there are concrete drains every 10m or so and it hurts alot to hit your head on one of those.
Yes you can go on the grass from the top, but you will be blocked by a fence. This film would be about 6 years old at a guess.
I’ll be sure to check out this Cheese Rolling next year, maybe I’ll bring it’s ways over the ocean to our fair city
How old is this video? Because last time I checked (which was a while ago) your not allowed to go onto the grass part of Parliament House ?
