Fire has been extinguished.
Three pumpers, the Breathing Apparatus van, the Bronto Skylift Hydraulic Platform and a Command vehicle on scene.
Crews currently ventilating the premise.
Some fire and smoke damage to laundromat with minimal damage to surrounding businesses.No occupants in building at time of fire.
Crews alerted following an Emergency Triple Zero (000) call at 11.56pm.
ACT Fire Brigade fire investigators will investigate the cause.
